1. Refund Eligibility

At PYRANOVEX, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and refined craftsmanship. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Products showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for refund. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

2. Time Limits

Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

4. Return Requirements

  • Item must be unused and in pristine condition.
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • All tags, labels, and protective materials must remain attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. Exceptions & Non‑Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

In rare cases of verified manufacturing defects, PYRANOVEX may offer replacement, repair, or refund at its discretion.

6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
